    I retired a number of years ago after spending the majority of my career working in testing and calibration labs and relocated to the northeast.  I wrote calibration procedures and was the calibration procedure release focal for the largest aerospace manufacture in the U.S.A. My main area of expertise was in dimensional metrology. I also participated in writing many ASME B89 dimensional metrology standards.
    Due to its age, and the nature of vintage test equipment this item is being sold “AS-IS”.
    The measuring jaws noted below are used with Federal Products Company models 136B-3 “horizontal master comparator’s”.

    Four pairs of jaws cover all I.D. measurements from .125” to 13.250” (3,2 mm to 336 mm). The largest pair is also used for all O.D. Measurements. Three optional pairs of contacts, attachable to largest jaws, permit I.D. measurements down to .040” (1 mm). Jaws for .240” (6,1 mm) and larger are diamond tipped. Others have tungsten carbide tips. All tips are generated to have true spherical form. Set furnished in box.
