    his listing is for a vintage Brilhart mouthpiece for Bb soprano clarinet. It is the standard "Tonalin" model. This one has a 6 digit small font serial number (177664) on the side, indicating it was produced in Carlsbad, CA.
    It is marked "4" on top, with the actual tip opening measuring in at .054".
    This mouthpiece is in very good used condition. The tip, table, and rails are perfectly smooth. There is a minor indentation on the bite plate. It isn't a deep indentation though, so you could probably just put a mouthpiece cushion over the top and not be bothered by it. The cork is in excellent condition, but may need to be adjusted or replaced for proper fit on your instrument. This mouthpiece has been cleaned/sanitized.
