Pretty good condition and used a few times. I bought this mouthpiece in Fort Worth, TX in 2018. It comes with cap, ligature and original box as you seen in the pictures. For US I send in express correios(BRA) mail(11-23) business days. For Asia I can send FedEX international economy. That mouthpiece is really great I all regions and easy for high tones. A lot bottom and balance. Perfectly equalized with soft and hard reeds. Never get refaced or fell on the ground.
