I would grade this banknote as a nice fine or much better with all the details being still well preserved. The note is of thick and heavy stiff paper. The note may have been flattened and has several vertical folds and a horizontal crease. It also has signs of general wrinkling. It is lightly soiled has two small stains, one black at the left edge of the front and one blue near the top edge of the back. It also has a few minor marks or stains here and there that can be barley seen. The corners are intact and fairly squared with minor rounding. The note has no pinholes, no graffiti, and tears or splits. The edges of the note are intact but show some minor roughness. If it was not for the heavy horizontal crease, we would have graded the note a good very fine instead of the fine grade we are giving it.
